Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork roast
- 1 lb dry pinto beans
- 7 C water
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 Can green chilis
- 1 small can stewed tomatoes
- 3 T chili powder
- 1 T oregano
- 1 T salt
- 1 large jar pace picante sauce
- 1 whole bunch cilantro, chopped
- Juice from 1 lime
Instructions
- Place first 11 ingredients in crock pot and cook on low 8 hrs.
- Shred pork.
- Add remaining ingredients.
