Ingredients
- 1 lb macaroni
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 8 T butter
- 4 oz shredded muenster cheese
- 4 oz shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 cups cubed velveeta cheese
- 2 cups half & half
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper or more to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook Macaroni in water with oil.
- Drain.
- Add melted butter, cheeses, eggs, half & half, salt, and pepper
- Bake for about 30 minutes
