Ingredients
- Batter:
- 3 C flour
- 1/4 C sugar
- 2 t powder
- 1 t solda
- 1 t salt
- 6 T melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/2 C buttermilk
- 2 t vanilla
- Icing:
- 1/4 C powdered sugar
- 2 T melted butter
- 3 T milk
- 2 T oil for baking sheet
- Swirl:
- 1/2 C melted butter
- 1/2 C brown sugar
- 1 t cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately. Then together.
- Oil a 13x18 baking sheet (using butter and oil). Pop in oven to preheat while you mix the cinnamon swirl
- Pull out pan and spread batter on to the tray, then plop cinnamon mixture all over, swirl with a knife.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes while you mix the icing.
- Dribble icing on top. Serve with sliced fruit
