Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 C flour
  • 2 C milk
  • 1/2 C starter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 3 T sugar
  • 1 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1 t salt

Instructions

  1. The night before the pancakes are to be made, mix flour, milk and starter and let it sit in a draft free space overnight.
  2. The next morning, thoroughly mix and fry on a griddle
