Khorovats (Xorovac)

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork (don't cut too small)
  • 1 T karmir bibar (paprika)
  • 2 T crushed basil
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 T olive oil
  • about 3 T salt (more depending on qty of pork)
  • about 1 T black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine cut pork, and all other ingredients. Don't skimp on salt.
  2. Mix and cover in fridge for about 24 hours.
  3. Cook on gas or wood grill.
