Ingredients
- 3 lbs Pork (don't cut too small)
- 1 T karmir bibar (paprika)
- 2 T crushed basil
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 T olive oil
- about 3 T salt (more depending on qty of pork)
- about 1 T black pepper
Instructions
- Combine cut pork, and all other ingredients. Don't skimp on salt.
- Mix and cover in fridge for about 24 hours.
- Cook on gas or wood grill.
