Ingredients
- 3 C mashed yams (3 large)
- 1 C sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 C milk
- 2 eggs
- Topping:
- 1 C chopped pecan or walnut
- 1/3 C flour
- 1 C brown sugar
- 1/3 C butter (room temp)
Instructions
- Whip in mixer until smooth.
- Put in pyrex dish and top with topping.
- Mix topping together with hands and spread over the top of the yams.
- Cook uncovered 25-30 minutes at 375.
