Ingredients

  • Round Steak
  • Cubed, peeled potatoes
  • Cut up baby carrots
  • Cut up celery
  • One large or two small packages dried onion soup mix
  • 2 Cans cream of soup
  • 2 small cans tomato sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut up steak with enough to cover bottom of crock pot.
  2. Fill the rest of the crock pot to 3/4 full with the other vegetables.
  3. Top with dried onion soup mix, cream of soup, and tomato sauce.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  5. Stir 30 minutes prior to serving.
